Shipping and Returns


Items will be shipped to the address provided at the time of Check Out that is information provided to us by the buyer (you). We will not bear any responsibility for incorrect shipping address. If in any circumstances, documents or packages are undelivered and returned back to us, we will not make an attempt to ship it back to you. For re-delivery, please pay for the shipping charges once again including the return charge. The shipping charge quoted is excluding insurance, unless otherwise stated explicitly. We are not responsible for loss/damage of goods in transit. We suggest that you get the shipment/order insured.


Goods in stock will be shipped within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays caused due to shipping service provider. We are at the liberty to change the service provider from the one indicated at the time of checkout, as at times the logistic service provider may not have service to your pin code or may not service within the same city or due to any other genuine reason.

Listed weights are for shipping purposes only.

Lost Shipments

Once the order is shipped, the shipment will be considered lost if it is not delivered within 25 days of shipping the order and/or the tracking information on the logistic service provider’s website conveys the same information. Shipments not delivered due to unavailability of customer at the premises or incorrect address will not be considered lost. Refund for lost shipments will be issued after 25 days from the day of shipping the order.

Return Policy

You may return an item purchased from us. We accept returns as long as the following conditions are adhered to:

Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 3 days beginning with the day from the delivery date, accompanied by the delivery receipt and Original Invoice. All refunds require that the item be returned in the original packaging, with all pieces and in original condition unused & without any scratch. Opened packages may only be exchanged for an identical product, if faulty. Refunds will be applied to the method of payment that was used to purchase the item minus 20%. All returned items must be sent back using a postal/courier service with a tracking method. Buyers are responsible for all postage costs. Goods need to be insured by you as we are not responsible for loss of goods.


If you choose to return your item to our store, you will receive your refund after all items have been received and checked. This refund will be either be credited back to the payment method used to purchase the item or in the form of a credit note, if the item was a gift.

If you choose to send the item back to us, your refund may take up to 10-15 business days from the time we receive your item. The refund will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item.

What is refunded when I return an item?

When you return an entire order you will be refunded the price of the item paid at the time of purchase. When you return less than the entire order you will be refunded just the price of the items returned. Only the net price of the item/Order minus(less) 20% will be refunded. Under no circumstances will we refund any other levies, taxes, shipping charges, etc.,

Once your goods have been received a refund or exchange will be processed.

Packing and sending your return, How do I send back my return?

To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please do the following when packing and sending your product:

  1. Send the product in its original packaging.
  2. Please pack the product so that it will not be damaged during the return shipping process.
  3. Include a copy of the delivery note & original invoice.
  4. You must return the goods to us at your cost, we will not bear any shipping, insurance, custom duties, taxes, levies, etc.

We advise you to insure the goods during any return, as we are not responsible for any damage, loss, etc,. To return a defective item please include a brief description of the fault. Please return your goods with a copy of the delivery note & original invoice.
